AFTERCARE EXERCISE AND INSTRUCTION

Implementing a variety of physical exercises into your daily routine is a vital part of alleviating the effects of rheumatoid arthritis, according to the Arthritis Foundation. It aids in alleviating joint pain, stiffness, increases flexibility, and improves your ability to rest and get a better night’s sleep. Physical exercise can also boost your endurance which improves the quality of life. 


A well-rounded fitness routine should encompass a variety of exercises that you consistently engage in, similar to the program outlined here. We recognize that regular exercise can be challenging, particularly if you're experiencing discomfort.
